Usually none: The vast majority of leukemias and lymphomas arise in people with no identifiable risk factors. In people with transplants, the epstein-barr virus is often a factor; herpes 7 / kaposi's virus drives others, and helicobacter in the stomach even drives a few. Down's trisomy 21 and ataxia-telangiectasia carrier status are risks; old radiation and some chemo cause some leukemias. The rest? Luck.
