Go to MD: What do you mean by not having a bowel movement for one month? Do you mean that you have constipation for one month? I don't think anybody can survive without having any bowel movement for one month. Anyway, if that is so severe- you probably already have fecal impaction thus it would be difficult to be treated only with miralax (polyethylene glycol). You may need fecal deimpaction etc. You need further evaluation.
