A member asked:

Is it possible to have white chunks in the throat but no soreness?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes.: Little smeely white chunks are common in the back of the throat and are known as tonsoliths. Sometimes they can be coughed up or expressed from pockets in the tonsils. They are nothing to worry about.
