Wild guess: Sensation of burning in the back usually comes from superficial nerve endings that would be triggered by muscle stretch or joint/muscle fatigue. It can also be from a deep spinal nerve in the back being pinched by a disc protrusion or rarely even a tumor. If it is constant or progressive have it checked by a neuromuscular physician or neurologist.
