See physician: Tickly cough suggests allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip. Acid reflux may be considered. If medicines do not help, see your doc, and further work up may be necessary if this persists. At night time secretions do collect in lungs and throat and secretions going down into lungs may cause bronchospasm.
