Hidradenitis : Schedule a visit with your doctor and ask them if you might have hidradenitis superativa. This is an abnormality in the sweat glands and leads to recurrent abscesses in the vulva. Other causes may include bacterial infections of the skin like mrsa. Ask your doctor to consider these possibilities.

Many things: Most disconcerting would be herpes. But it could also be infected hair follicles, or many other things. Be seen for an exam and diagnosis.

Boils: Multiple boils can be caused by overly restrictive clothing, diabetes, and sometimes genetic predisposition. Your gynecologist can evaluate you for other causes or recurrent boils.
