Many things: This is difficult as most all of us get back pain from too much standing especially on hard surfaces. Try different types of shoes and do not wear high heels or flip flops. Try to change positions and move more if possible. Stretch your calves, hips and back regularly.

Back pain: Be sure you have good well fitting orthopedically correct shoes. Try an arch support. Place a pad at the work bench if you can to soften floor surface. Watch your posture and stand tall with shoulders back. Take frequent breaks and stretch. Exercise daily.
