Possibly: The lower right abdominal pain could be a lot of different things. The best way to tell if you are pregnant would be to start with a home pregnancy test, or you can schedule an appointment with your primary doctor. If you have other symptoms with the abdominal pain, such as nausea, vomiting, fever, it could be concerning for something else like appendicitis, and you should be evaluated in person.
