Probably unrelated: If one's tubes have been tied for 5 years, and menstrual periods have been regular since then, missing 2 periods now is probably unrelated to having had tubes tied. A primary care doctor and/or an ob-gyn doctor can evaluate to see if there is any problem now. A urine pregnancy test can be done to rule out a pregnancy.
