Infertility: Cramping before or during your period is a common normal occurrence. If you have regular monthly periods, that suggests you are ovulating but there are tests for that. Other things to consider, are your tubes open, is there something wrong with your uterus. Are you having sex around your ovulation time, is your partner produce adequate and healthy swimmers.
