Not Clear?: Leukoplakia are patches on the tongue, in the mouth, or on the inside of the cheek that happen because of irritation. They are not cells of the immune system.

Leukocytes?: I think you mean leukocytes, which are white blood cells and include macrophages, neutrophils, mast cells, eosinophils, and basophils. Lymphocytes are also cells of the immune system and include b cells and t cells which are derived from hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow
