A member asked:

My eyes are jaundiced and have broken vessels in the bottoms of them under the lids. what does that mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Liver problem: The yellow color you describe is related to an elevated bilirubin, a chemical usually processed by the liver. The bleeding of the conjuctiva may be incidental but may indicate a bleeding problem also associated with liver disease.
