Bladder infection: One cause is a bladder infection. Especially if you're having increased frequency, urgency (but at 37 weeks, your probably having both) or burning you should get a urine test. Also keep in mind that cloudy urine doesn't always mean something's wrong, but you should be in the look out for bladder infections especially if you're pregnant. Best of luck.
