Incontinence: What you are describing sounds like a condition called urge incontinence. If it is a one time event may not be serious. If it is happening frequently then you should see a urologist and be evaluated. There are many causes but common ones are infection, nerve disorders, over active bladder, stones. Once the cause is defined treatment is often very effective.
