See plastic surgeon: Without seeing your scar, it's hard to recommend treatment. I would recommend you see a plastic surgeon who can help you. Regarding kelocote, there is a better product on the market it is called biocorneum. It is from the makers of kelocote, but it has the silicones in a gel, with the added bonus of a spf30 sunblock. You need to get the biocorneum from a plastic surgeon.
