No Vitamin D: Unlikely from a specific cause, but sounds like poor blood circulation and little sunlight exposure. If you are using any topical agents with metallic ingredients, they may be staining the skin. Check a vitamin d level with you next blood draw.

Lack of oxygen or bl: A number of etiologies can cause abnormal tinted skin. Anemia, hypoxia(low oxygen), elevated adrenaline, and the many causes leading to the above listed abnormalities. Anything that causes marked vasoconstriction. Certain toxic heavy metals must be considered as a possible etiology. See your M.D. Or D.O.
