Yes: It is possible to have your menstrual periods reoccur after having a novasure done. Speak with your gynecologist and see if it should be done again or if you would benefit from another procedure.

Depends: You have not mentioned how old you are or when the procedure was done and what your cycles were like after the procedure, if you are menopausal it is not normal to have a period. If you are not yes you can have periods after an ablation. Please see your gyn so that you can be evaluated more thoroughly.
