Chemo--how to make your hair fall out?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hair follicles: Many chemotherapy drugs are active because they are more likely to damage cells that are growing and dividing rapidly, such as tumor cells. Other cells that rapidly divide can sometimes be damaged and lead to side effects. Hair loss with certain chemotherapy drugs is due to damage to the hair follicle cells by the chemotherapy.
