Several: Chest pain, shortness of breath, cough & secondary effects of blood loss (such as lightheadedness, dizziness, fast heart beat, pale color, cold clammy extremities, feeble pulses etc.). The extent and severity of symptoms depends upon the size of the hemothorax and its cause. Please talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.
