Burning !: The most common complaint is a sensation of burning and pain during urination. There is often a sensation of pressure and discomfort in the bladder before urination. One usually has to go to urinate much more frequently and often feels the urge even of ony a few drops. Worsening bladder infections can infect the kidneys causing back pain and discomfort and even fevers or chills.
