Maybe - depends : In most cases, it is safe to take Aspirin with antibiotics. However, you should do this only under a doctor's care.

See below: It is not advisable to take Aspirin if you could have influenza or chicken pox because of the risk of reye's syndrome. It is ok to take penicillin antibiotics with aspirin.
