Is it possible to become addicted to smoking grass?

Sure: The addiction to marijuana (mj) may be largely psychological, but it can be very impairing. Mj dependence in adolescence is associated with diminished motivation, increased school drop out rates, criminal activity, use of other drugs, and possibly mental disorders (mds). However, it is not clear if people with vulnerabilities to mds are attracted to mj or whether mj increases the risk of mds.

One can be dependent: Addiction professionals often discuss abuse versus dependency. Both involve some negative impact on health, occupational, recreational or interpersonal functioning. While cannabis has less if any witdrawal or tolerance features, classic signs of other types of addiction - people can still abuse, and become dependent on it. Have treated many people who wanted to, but had difficulty stopping.
