See your Gyno: This amount of menses is not normal, please see your doctor. This has many causes. Different causes for different age groups. If in your reproductive age think: miscarriage, pco syndrome with endometrial hyperplasia, dub, endometrial polyps etc. If in your post reproductive years , it might be uterine fibroids, sub mucous fibroid, dub, anovulatory cycle and rule out endometrial cancer.
