See your MD: These "pimples" are likely due to the hormonal variations of you menstrual. See you md and you may want to try antibacterial soaps instead of regular soaps until you do.

Could be acne-like: It is possible that this is an acne-like problem with hormone changes as the basis. Many people experience worsening of facial acne with their menstrual cycle. Similar changes can be seen in the vaginal area. However, i would recommend you have your gyn doctor have a look, maybe even a dermatologist.
