What is frank malignancy on ovary or or borderline is cancer?

No borderline cancer: There is no borderline cancer , it is cancer or it is not a cancer , determined after biopsy , by the pathologist only. Some cancers are low grade , and others high grade spread rapidly. There are some tumors which are premalignant , by waiting long time may turn into malignant, their removal will cure. In ovary benign cystadenoma may turn to malignant cystadenocarcinoma.

See below: In ovarian tumors, Borderline Ovarian cancer is a bona fide pathological entity with its own diagnostic criteria and recommended treatments. You may visit this site for a technical article and talk to your doctor and the pathologist who made the diagnosis. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3528384/
