No borderline cancer: There is no borderline cancer , it is cancer or it is not a cancer , determined after biopsy , by the pathologist only. Some cancers are low grade , and others high grade spread rapidly. There are some tumors which are premalignant , by waiting long time may turn into malignant, their removal will cure. In ovary benign cystadenoma may turn to malignant cystadenocarcinoma.
