Dandruff: Over the counter products for dandruff (seborrhea of scalp) include zinc pyrithione (head and shoulders), selenium sulfide (selsun blue), and tar compound (t/gel). Some otc meds like antifungals (they end in -azole, like ketoconazole, miconazole, and clotrimazole. Otc cortisone 1% may also be useful in resistant cases. If none of these work, consult your doctor.
