Took prevpak in april 2012. now october having hair loss . could this be caused by med. had blood work done throid good and everything else.

Yes: Meds are common cause if hair liss. Hair loss can be caused by many different meds, stress, hormones, underlying medical problems (ie: anemia, diabetes, thyroid, vitamin def, autoimmune, etc), nutritional or vitamin deficiency, chemical treatments, hair products, environmental causes. See a derm or other specialist to help sort this out.
