Years ago....: A lot of them died - and i mean a century ago or so. If i was born 100 years ago i would probably never lived to see my tenth birthday. My appendix ruptured as it was being removed. I spent at least 10 days in the hospital and three of those in isolation due to a post-op infection. The inflammation can come and go, but if it gets too bad - get it removed!
