Another uti how do you get it?

Bacteria in bladder: Bacteria reach bladder from the anus, adhere to the lining & multiply, doubling in number every 20 - 30 mins. Can enter during sex, hence need to empty bladder after. Bubble bath & sitting in soapy bathwater irritates urethral opening & bacteria enter. Same with non cotton underwear & thongs & wiping back to front, more bacteria in area when constipated. Infrequent urination lets bacteria multiply.
