Failed procedure: Three months after vasectomy, there should be zero sperm in your ejaculate. If there were 1-2 sperm per high-powered field, it would be reasonable to sit tight and recheck in a month, but you have a normal fertile sperm count. See a doc that does a lot of vasectomies. You can have the procedure repeated.
