If my sperm count 3 months after my vasectomy is 110 million, what could have happened?

1 IN 100 NO SUCCESS: It takes abot 10 to 20 ejaculations to clear all the sperms from the semen and it is 99.85% effective but some high teq surgery, there is 1 in100 chances of failure, so use an alternate method of birth control till you know that vasectomy was successful or not.Talk to your urologist.

Failed procedure: Three months after vasectomy, there should be zero sperm in your ejaculate. If there were 1-2 sperm per high-powered field, it would be reasonable to sit tight and recheck in a month, but you have a normal fertile sperm count. See a doc that does a lot of vasectomies. You can have the procedure repeated.
