What makes lumps in the back of throat?

It depends: It depends on where and what type of lump. If it is on the back of the tongue it could be type of lingual tonsil or normal tissue. It could be a blocked salavary gland swollen tonsels or in the worse case cancer anyway they should be checked if last longer than two weeks and are new.
