Proper Oral Hygiene: Tooth color varies from person to person and changes with age.The best way to keep them as "white"as possible is to keep them clean and in good condition.Proper brushing with an ada approved toothpaste helps remove the plaque and stains than can discolor your teeth.Flossing removes the plaque between the teeth that may cause tooth decay. Visit your dentist twice a year for professional cleanings.

Clean: Brush and clean inter-dentally with floss or another aid. Keep sugar consumption to a minimum and get regular dental exams. That said, there is a tendency for the intrinsic color of teeth to darken with age and that may require a form of bleaching or restorative dentistry to address the whiteness issue.
