Why you want to rais: Why do you want to raise your blood pressure, people with low BP have lower risk of stroke, kidney&heart disease if you have very low BP and are getting symptoms from it like dizziness and lightheadedness, chest pain only than you need to raise your bp. But before that you need to be examined and investigated to find the cause of your low bp if so eat extra salt and more fluids, if there is no cause f.

Low blood pressure: No reason to do so unless passing out or dizziness associated with low blood pressure. If such symptoms, then increasing salt and fluid intake is the first treatment.

Salt and Fluids: Increase your salt intake to >4gm per day and increase your fluid intake to >2l per day. But the real question is: why?! in tribes never exposed to modern civilization, blood pressure remains in the 90s from birth to death. Why are you trying to raise it? 120 is not the goal.

See below: Eat 6-8 grams of salt a day. Drink 4-6 liters a day. Be sure you're not any meds that might lower your bp. Be checked for renal disease, thyroid disease, blood loss, chronic infection.

Blood pressure: Talking to my older son will usually raise my blood pressure. If you don't know him you could try increasing the salt in your diet and making sure you are well hydrated.

Salt: via eating salt or salt rich foods/drinks. There are also prescription meds you can obtain that achieve this same end. Ask your physician
