How do you use a neti pot for a runny nose?

Neti Pot: Use distilled water with the packets (or recipe) recommended for that product. Then you simply put the spout up to your nose over a sink, tilt your head and allow have the neti pot to run through that side of your nose. Switch sides for the remaining half and you have successfully completed.
