A member asked:

What to do with a pinched nerve? ice

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Might work: First you need to know which nerve is pinched and how it came about. The essence of sound medical treatment is to correct the underlying cause of a condition, rather than simply treat symptoms. Ice or any topical treatment or any medication will not correct an anatomical defect. Get diagnosed--then treat.
