Lots!: Let's start w/lifestyle first (yes, i know, you asked about medications). Smoking & excess alcohol negatively impact bone mineral density or bmd. Glucocorticoids, like prednisone, can do so, too. So can anti-estrogens, testosterone lowering drugs & excess thyroid. Recent studies suggest that ppis, used to control stomach acid, can negatively affect calcium absorption and increase fracture risk.
