Is there a natural cure for a pinched nerve in the neck?

I guess not: I am not quite certain what you refer to natural cure. If it is some sort of manipulation, then i doubt, since all the manipulations can only be as deep as muscles and the problem is deeper in the nerves. There may be some non-surgical options of treatment, but that's a different story. Acupuncture may help relieve some symptoms, but won't cure it completely.
