Typically 4-6 weeks: A minor nondisplaced fracture in the wrist will typically heal within 4-6 weeks usually with a cast for that period it will also takes another 2-4 weeks with therapy to regain your motion and strength to be able to play sports obviously this is a guide, each patient and fracture will heal and recover at slightly different rates.
