Bleaching: In office or at home bleaching techniques can be used to lighten the color of the teeth. It is always best to consult with your dentist to determine which method would be best for you.

Peroxide: Most tooth whitening agents use peroxide or carbamide peroxide since its more stable. The most effective otc method I have found is rembrant deeply white tooth paste and rinse. Use them in combination for best results. The ayurvedic technique of oil pulling has anecdotal tooth whitening effects.
