If you are : Referring to a post dural puncture headache and conservative therapy has failed, your best bet is an epidural blood patch.

Depends: The treatment for complications of epidural anesthesia will depend on the nature of the complication. For example, the most common complication is a post dural headache, which happens afterwards. It may happen when the epidural needle enters the spinal canal during the procedure. Other possible complications are infection, and epidural hematoma.

See below: Headaches due to a CSF leak can be treated with caffeine, hydration and otc pain medications. If this is insufficient, talk to your anesthesiologist about a blood patch. Muscle aches/pains from the needle placement usually respond to nsaids and heating pads. I hope that this answers your question.
