Pregnancy problems: Two uterus - or uterine didelphys, occurs when female embryos are developing. Some women have a complete duplication of the uterus and the cervix, while others may have a partial fusion of only the uterus. There are no long term risks, but there are fertility and pregnancy risks associated. A fertility specialist can evaluate and treat women with this condition.
