It depends : Much of this depend on your condition. If you are vomiting regularly, the bad breath is primary due to the gastric fluids in the oral cavity. It is that more important to keep a high level of oral hygiene utilizing devises like a sonic toothbrush along with flossing and tongue scraping. This will keep the source of bacteria in contact with gastric acids done to a minimum.

Unclear: Have not heard of badbreath with hirschsprung's. It is associated with reflux and zenker's diverticulum.

GERD,ZENKERS,TEETH,G: Commonest cause of bad breath is from teeth, gums and bacterial growth on tongue other causes are eating foods containing garlick, onions and spices from sinus infestion gatro esophageal reflux and zenkers diverticulm a rare disorder bad breath is not caused by hirschsprung disease which is diagnosed and treated in neonatal period, infancy and early childhood.
