Dandruff: Listerine, or any similar mouthwash with antifungal ingredients, may be effective at killing the yeast infection which causes dandruff.

Possibly: Their are shampoos in stores for dandruff i would try first , then a prescription medication from a physician that i would try second. Most mouth washes have alcohol that will dry out your scalp and could damage your hair, but might effect dandruff. I would not recommend it.
