Biopsy: If your physician hasn't already done an endometrial biopsy or hysteroscopy with d&c, he or she needs to do so. Ultrasound alone can't rule out pre-cancer or cancer of the uterus, it simply reveals polyps, fibroids or ovarian cysts. If the biopsy is normal, then you may elect to try oc's, lysteda, or undergo an endometrial ablation for the treatment of your abnormal bleeding.
