No: Appearance of lumpy texture to breast due to fibrous tissue which is non cancerous and non-precancerous. Associated with hormone changes (so will get better/worse with specific times of menstrual cycle). Subsides with menopause.

No: Fibrocystic disease is definitely a benign breast condition that effects many women. You should of course continue with you own self breast exams during the same monthly stage of your cycle and follow your doctors advice on breast imaging.
