A difficult question: Cholinergic urticria is very difficult to treat, first, figuring out triggers will help you avoid them. Some people get good results with non-sedating antihistamines like Loratadine and others. I would first see someone, perhaps a dermatologist, to help make sure that is the right diagnosis.
