Extract and cleanse: Wash face often with good cleser. Be sure to use a good wash cloth for this process. Use good light and mirror. Good pair of tweezers extract the twisted hair and cleanse repeat the process.

Boils: Ingrown hair is usually referred to boils, infected hair follicles. This is usually treated with antibiotics and incision and drainage if needed.
