Delayed-onset sleep: In toddlers is often behavioral & requires a consistent bedtime & bedtime routine. Tv viewing < age 2 can cause delays in language development; if you allow it, turn off the tv an hour before bedtime. Read, cuddle & brush teeth, then put them in their own beds drowsy but awake. If they get up, consistently put them back to bed without talking or making eye contact; ignore protests & crying.
