Can glue ear affect your fine and gross motor skills?

It should not: The middle ear conducts sound to the hearing center. Thick secretions in the middle ear should not affect anything but hearing. However, there can be irritation or inflammation of the balance center near to the hearing center and may affect balance and coordination. Some children with primary delay in motor skills may also be prone to middle ear problems.
