There are so many...: There are numerous causes for relatively sudden onset of blurred vision all day. At age 48 the first to consider is a need for glasses or need to update your prescription, particularly if you are not using bifocals. One should also look if there are new medications or supplements are being taken. Beyond that, there might be medical problems that need to be checked. See your doctor.
